RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract and return standard products within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email at hello@bojacreativestudio.com before the 14-day period expires.

The items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund for the product cost within 14 days using the original payment method.

EXCEPTION: Products made to your exact specifications, custom designs, or clearly personalized items are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded.

POVRATI I PRAVO NA JEDNOSTRANI RASKID UGOVORA
Sukladno zakonodavstvu EU-a i Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača, imate pravo na jednostrani raskid ugovora i povrat standardnih proizvoda u roku od 14 dana od primitka narudžbe, bez navođenja razloga. Kako biste ostvarili ovo pravo, morate nas jasno obavijestiti o svojoj odluci putem e-maila na hello@bojacreativestudio.com prije isteka roka od 14 dana.

Proizvodi moraju biti nekorišteni, neoprani i vraćeni u originalnom stanju i ambalaži. Izravne troškove povrata robe snosi kupac. Nakon što zaprimimo i pregledamo vraćene proizvode, izvršit ćemo povrat sredstava za vrijednost proizvoda u roku od 14 dana, koristeći izvornu metodu plaćanja.

IZNIMKA: Proizvodi koji su izrađeni prema vašim specifikacijama, naručeni dizajni ili jasno personalizirani proizvodi zakonski su isključeni iz prava na jednostrani raskid ugovora te ne podliježu povratu novca.
